Welcome! I am excited about Virgin Pulse's work at the intersection of wellness, engagement, and behavior and am intrigued by the opportunities the global situation offers to this B2B2C to cause a positive impact.
This generative qualitative research is focused on the end-user experience (the employees) and how they use the product while still intending to consider its impact on Virgin Pulse's clients (the employers).
WHAT IS THE CHALLENGE
To explore the experiences of employees working from home due to COVID-19 and learning about their habits, routines, frustrations, and major wellbeing adjustments.

I used to work hard to do all my steps every day when I was at work, (around the office, going to the cafeteria or commuting) almost 7000! But right now it feels out of reach and random, walking around my apartment I barely do 500. It makes no sense, I feel maybe a little bit less engaged with that.
