WHY (PROBLEM SPACE):
- Students (Entry Level Talent) are in need of ways to fill academic and experience gaps (developing a support network and learning social and professional skills)
- Mature Encore Professionals (Advanced Talent) are in need of ways to draw on experience in new ways, share with others, remain active and learn skills for the digital age.
The design concept of a G2G, (generation to generation) platform hosting a learning/mentorship program.
